INGRÉDIENTS
Meat
- 150g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 1/2 head lettuce, torn into large pieces
- 1/2 bag bean sprouts
- 2 myoga, julienned
- 1 piece ginger, julienned
Seasonings
- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
- 50cc water
Dipping Sauce
- 50cc ponzu soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
ÉTAPES
Cut pork into bite-sized pieces and season lightly with salt and pepper. Tear lettuce into large pieces. Julienne myoga and ginger.
Mix the dipping sauce ingredients (ponzu soy sauce and sesame oil) in a bowl.
Layer bean sprouts in a frying pan, followed by half of the pork and lettuce. Repeat the layering process and top with ginger. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
Add water to the pan and heat over medium heat. Once boiling, cover with a lid and steam on low heat for 7–8 minutes until the pork is cooked through. Serve on a plate, garnish with myoga, and accompany with dipping sauce.
