- 🐖 100g thinly sliced pork loin
Vegetables
- 1 pack pea shoots
- 🌱 100g bean sprouts
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp yuzu pepper
- Ponzu sauce as needed
ÉTAPES
Place half of the bean sprouts on a microwave-safe plate and spread the pork slices over them.
Layer the remaining bean sprouts and pork slices in the same manner.
Trim the roots off the pea shoots and cut them in half.
Mix sake and yuzu pepper thoroughly in a small bowl.
Scatter the pea shoots over the pork and bean sprouts, then drizzle the sake and yuzu pepper mixture on top.
Cover with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 6 minutes.
Cut into bite-sized pieces, plate, and serve with ponzu sauce and additional yuzu pepper if desired.
