- 🐟 2 fillets (160g) sea bream
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 stalk white part of green onion
Nuts
- 🥜 1 tbsp peanuts, chopped
Seasonings
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- Pinch of chili threads
Sauce Ingredients
- 1 tbsp fermented black bean sauce
- 2 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
Finishing Touch
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp chili oil
ÉTAPES
Cut the green onion in half. Slice one half into thin strips (white hair onion) and soak in water, then drain. Mince the remaining green onion and its core. Chop the peanuts roughly.
Make shallow cuts on the sea bream fillets and sprinkle with salt. Let sit for 10 minutes, then pat dry with kitchen paper.
Mix the minced green onion with the sauce ingredients in a bowl.
Place the sea bream fillets on a microwave-safe plate and pour the sauce mixture over them. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 5 minutes or until the fish is cooked through.
Serve the fish on a plate, drizzle with sesame oil and chili oil, sprinkle peanuts, and garnish with white hair onion and chili threads.
