- 1 tbsp medium-thick sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/2 tsp sugar
ÉTAPES
Chop the tomato into bite-sized pieces. Mix the seasonings (ketchup, medium-thick sauce, sake, and sugar) in a bowl.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the ground meat and stir-fry until the meat changes color.
Add the bean sprouts to the pan and stir-fry quickly over high heat. Then, add the chopped tomato and stir-fry briefly.
Pour the mixed seasonings into the pan and bring to a boil. Add the pizza cheese, cover the pan, and reduce the heat to low. Cook until the cheese melts, then turn off the heat.
