- 200g pork shoulder, trimmed
- 200g bean sprouts
- 🧅 100g onion, sliced
Seasoning
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp oligosaccharide syrup
- A pinch of black pepper
ÉTAPES
Wash the bean sprouts thoroughly.
Trim and slice the pork shoulder into bite-sized pieces.
Slice the onion into thin pieces.
Mix minced garlic, soy sauce, oyster sauce, syrup, and black pepper to create the marinade.
Marinate the pork with the prepared seasoning and let it sit for 10 minutes.
Place the bean sprouts and sliced onion in a pan as the base layer.
Add the marinated pork on top of the vegetables without mixing.
Cover the pan with a lid and cook on medium heat until the pork is fully cooked.
Once the pork is cooked, stir-fry everything on high heat for a quick finish.
