Meat
- 🥩 200g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 🥬 150g cabbage, cut into 2cm pieces
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 🧄 1/2 clove minced garlic
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp grain mustard
- 🧂 Pinch of pepper
ÉTAPES
Rub the beef with sake, salt, and pepper.
Cut the cabbage into 2cm pieces, and chop the red bell pepper into chunks. Mince the garlic.
Mix the sauce ingredients (sake, soy sauce, mustard, and pepper) in a bowl.
Heat olive oil and garlic in a pan until fragrant, then add the beef and stir-fry until the color changes.
Add the cabbage and bell pepper to the pan, stir-fry until coated with oil, then add the sauce and stir briefly.
