INGRÉDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🥩 200g sliced beef
- 1/2 pack pea shoots
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
Seasoning
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- to taste white sesame seeds
- to taste chili threads
Gochujang Sauce
- 🍬 2 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp gochujang
ÉTAPES
Slice the onion thinly and cut the roots off the pea shoots, then halve them.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium-low heat. Add the beef and stir-fry for about 1 minute until the color changes. Add the onion and stir-fry until softened.
Add the pea shoots and stir-fry briefly. Then add the gochujang sauce mixture and stir-fry for about 3 minutes until the liquid evaporates.
Serve on a plate and garnish with chili threads.
