INGRÉDIENTS
Meat
- 🥩 200g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 🥔 2 medium potatoes (300g)
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Pinch of sansho pepper
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
ÉTAPES
Season the beef with salt and pepper, then coat with cornstarch.
Cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces and soak in water for 5 minutes. Drain well. Slice the green onion diagonally into 1cm pieces.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the beef and stir-fry until the color changes. Add the potatoes and green onion, stir briefly, then cover and steam for 2 minutes.
Add the sauce ingredients (sake, sugar, soy sauce) and stir-fry until the liquid evaporates. Turn off the heat and sprinkle sansho pepper, mixing lightly.
