Main Ingredients
- 🍄 4 king oyster mushrooms
- 🥩 150g beef for soup
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🌱 1/2 stalk green onion
- 2 green chilies
Seasoning
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 🧂 Pinch of black pepper
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
ÉTAPES
Marinate 150g beef with 1 tbsp soy sauce and 1 tbsp sesame oil. Mix well.
Slice 4 king oyster mushrooms evenly and blanch in boiling water for 20 seconds. Rinse under cold water and squeeze out excess moisture.
Heat a pan with a little oil, add the marinated beef, and stir-fry. Add sliced onion and continue to stir-fry.
Add 1 tbsp fish sauce and stir-fry. Then add 1/2 tbsp sugar and mix well.
Add the blanched mushrooms and stir-fry. Slice 2 green chilies diagonally and add to the pan. Add 1 tbsp corn syrup and mix well.
Add sliced green onion, 1 tbsp minced garlic, and a pinch of black pepper. Stir-fry briefly and serve.
