Vegetables
- 1 bag (220g) bok choy
- 2 king oyster mushrooms (80g), sliced
Protein
- 1 piece (100g) hanpen, cut into bite-sized pieces
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp chicken stock powder
- 100ml water
Thickening
- 2 tsp potato starch
- 2 tsp water
ÉTAPES
Cut the bok choy into bite-sized pieces, slice the king oyster mushrooms, and cut the hanpen into bite-sized pieces.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan and cook the hanpen until browned. Add bok choy stems and king oyster mushrooms, stir-frying briefly.
Add sake, salt, chicken stock powder, and water. Mix well and cook over medium heat for about 1 minute.
Add bok choy leaves and cook over low heat for 2 minutes. Pour in the potato starch mixture to thicken the sauce, then serve.
