ÉTAPES
Prepare all ingredients.
Trim the base of bok choy and enoki mushrooms, then rinse them thoroughly.
Heat a pan and stir-fry the vegetables without oil, using their natural moisture.
Once the vegetables soften, discard excess water from the pan.
Add oyster sauce and stir-fry to season the vegetables.
Finish by adding sesame oil and sesame seeds, then mix well.
