INGRÉDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🥦 1 handful blanched broccoli
- 🍄 4-5 button mushrooms
Sauce
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- A pinch of black pepper
Thickener
- 💧 1 tbsp water
- 1/3 tbsp cornstarch
ÉTAPES
Remove the stems from the button mushrooms and peel the skin if desired.
Cut the mushrooms and broccoli into bite-sized pieces. Mince the garlic finely.
Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a pan over low heat and sauté the minced garlic until golden brown.
Add the mushrooms and broccoli to the pan and stir-fry for 3 minutes over medium heat.
Add 1 tbsp soy sauce and 1/2 tbsp sugar, then stir-fry for another 2 minutes. Mix the cornstarch with water and pour it into the pan, cooking for 1 more minute.
Finish with a pinch of black pepper and serve warm.
