INGRÉDIENTS
Meat
- 200g pork slices
Vegetables
- 🥦 125g broccoli florets
- 75g red paprika
Seasoning
- Potato starch as needed
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- 1 tbsp sake
- Pinch of salt and pepper
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp curry powder
ÉTAPES
Mix pork slices with sake and salt & pepper in a bowl. Shape into 8 balls and coat with potato starch.
Cut broccoli into small florets and peel the stem. Slice red paprika into bite-sized pieces.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat. Add pork balls and stir-fry until browned.
Add broccoli and red paprika to the pan. Stir-fry briefly, then add sake and cover. Steam for 2 minutes on low heat.
Add sugar, soy sauce, and curry powder. Stir-fry over medium heat until well combined.
