Main Ingredients
- 🐟 1 can (70g) oil-packed tuna
- 🥗 1/8 daikon radish, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
Seasoning
- 🍶 2 tsp sake
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp curry powder
ÉTAPES
Cut the daikon radish into quarters lengthwise, then slice into 5mm thick pieces. Halve the bell pepper, remove seeds, and chop into bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, mix the sake, soy sauce, and curry powder to create the seasoning mixture.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add the tuna can with its oil. Add the daikon and stir-fry until translucent.
Add the bell pepper and the prepared seasoning mixture. Stir-fry until everything is well combined and heated through.
