INGRÉDIENTS
Vegetables
- 1/2 bag pea shoots
- 🥔 1 medium potato, cut into sticks
- 1/4 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
Protein
- 1 chikuwa, sliced diagonally
Oil
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Seasoning
- 2 tsp curry powder
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧀 1 1/2 tbsp grated cheese
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
ÉTAPES
Trim the roots off the pea shoots. Cut the potato into 1cm thick sticks, slice the red bell pepper thinly, and cut the chikuwa in half lengthwise, then slice diagonally.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the potato and stir-fry until translucent. Then, add the pea shoots, red bell pepper, and chikuwa, and stir-fry until softened.
Add the curry powder, sake, grated cheese, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir quickly to combine and serve.
