INGRÉDIENTS
Meat
- 200g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 🍆 3 eggplants (240g), cut into wedges
- 🧅 1 tbsp chopped green onion
Seasoning
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- 3 tbsp ponzu sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
ÉTAPES
Cut off the stem of the eggplants, slice them into 6 wedges lengthwise, and then halve them.
Cut the pork belly into 4cm-wide pieces and season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the pork, and cook until browned on both sides. Add the eggplants and stir-fry until coated with the fat. Cover and steam on low heat for 2 minutes.
Add ponzu sauce and stir-fry over medium heat until the liquid evaporates.
Serve on a plate and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
