ÉTAPES
Prepare napa cabbage, fish cake, carrot, and green onion.
Slice napa cabbage, carrot, and green onion into bite-sized pieces.
Cut fish cake into bite-sized pieces.
Heat a pan and sauté minced garlic and green onion until fragrant.
Add napa cabbage and stir-fry until slightly softened. Then add fish cake and carrot, and continue stir-frying.
