- 200g fish cake
- 1 cup chopped cabbage
- 🧄 2 cloves sliced garlic
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1.5 tbsp ketchup
- 1/2 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Chop the cabbage into bite-sized pieces, slice the fish cake, and prepare sliced garlic.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté the sliced garlic until golden and fragrant.
Add the fish cake to the pan and stir-fry until slightly browned.
Add soy sauce and cabbage to the pan, and continue stir-frying.
Mix in ketchup and oligosaccharide, and stir-fry until well combined.
Sprinkle sesame seeds generously on top before serving.
