- 100g shishito peppers
- 1 red chili
- 🧅 1/2 green onion
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
Protein
- 3 grilled fish cakes
Condiments
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp cooking wine
- 1 tbsp plum extract
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds
Cooking Oil
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
ÉTAPES
Wash the shishito peppers and cut them diagonally if long. Slice the grilled fish cakes and red chili diagonally, and chop the green onion.
Heat a pan with vegetable oil and stir-fry minced garlic and chopped green onion.
Add soy sauce, cooking wine, plum extract, and sugar to the pan and bring to a boil.
Add the shishito peppers and stir until they soften slightly.
Add the grilled fish cakes and red chili, mixing well to coat with the sauce.
Drizzle sesame oil, mix well, and turn off the heat.
Finish by adding corn syrup for shine and sweetness, and sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
