Noodles
- 200g glass noodles
Protein
- 150g fish cake, sliced
Vegetables
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 🥕 1 carrot, julienned
- 🧅 1 onion, sliced
- 🍄 100g oyster mushrooms
Seasoning
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
ÉTAPES
Soak glass noodles in cold water for 1–3 hours or boil for 11 minutes if not pre-soaked.
Slice fish cake, bell pepper, carrot, and onion. Stir-fry each separately with a pinch of salt in a pan with vegetable oil.
Separate oyster mushrooms and stir-fry with a pinch of salt in a pan with vegetable oil over high heat.
In a pan, heat 2 tbsp vegetable oil, 4 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp sugar, and 1/2 tbsp minced garlic until bubbling. Add soaked noodles and stir-fry until evenly coated.
Add stir-fried fish cake and vegetables to the noodles. Mix well and adjust seasoning with soy sauce or sugar if needed.
Finish with sesame oil, sesame seeds, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly before serving.
