- 100g ground pork

- 100g chopped komatsuna
- 🧄 1 clove minced garlic

- 20g glass noodles

- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp dashi powder
- 💧 100cc water
ÉTAPES
Cut the root off the komatsuna and chop it into 2cm pieces. Mince the garlic after removing its core.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, add ground pork and garlic, and stir-fry over medium heat until the pork changes color.
Add the seasonings (soy sauce, dashi powder, and water) to the pan and bring to a boil. Add glass noodles and komatsuna, then simmer until the noodles soften.
