INGRÉDIENTS
Protein
- 100g ground pork
Tofu
- 2 pieces (280g) fried tofu
Vegetables
- 100g kimchi
- Chopped green onion, a pinch
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tsp white sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 💧 50cc water
ÉTAPES
Pat the fried tofu with kitchen paper to remove excess oil.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add ground pork and cook until browned on one side. Flip and cook the other side until browned, breaking it into bite-sized pieces while pressing down with a spatula.
Tear the fried tofu into bite-sized pieces and add to the pan. Stir-fry briefly, then add kimchi and the seasoning mixture (sake, sugar, soy sauce, grated ginger, and water). Cover and steam for about 3 minutes until the pork is cooked through and flavors are absorbed.
Sprinkle white sesame seeds and mix briefly. Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped green onion.
