INGRÉDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🍄 1 pack king oyster mushrooms
- Some red bell pepper
- Some yellow bell pepper
- 🧅 1/4 green onion
- 🧅 1/4 onion
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Prepare the ingredients by cutting king oyster mushrooms, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, green onion, and onion into bite-sized pieces.
Heat a pan and add a generous amount of grapeseed oil, then sauté minced garlic.
Add green onion and onion to the pan and stir-fry until fragrant.
Add red bell pepper and yellow bell pepper to the pan.
Add king oyster mushrooms and stir-fry on high heat.
Once the mushrooms are slightly cooked, add 2 tbsp soy sauce.
Add 2 tbsp oyster sauce.
Add 2 tbsp corn syrup.
Lower the heat and stir-fry until the vegetables and mushrooms are well coated with the sauce.
Add 1 tbsp sesame oil and mix well.
Turn off the heat and sprinkle 1 tbsp sesame seeds on top.
