- 🥔 1 potato
- 🌱 4 green beans

- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
ÉTAPES
Cut the king oyster mushrooms into bite-sized pieces. Peel and cut the potato into chunks, then soak in water and drain. Trim the ends of the green beans and cut them into manageable lengths. Microwave the potato and green beans in a heatproof container for 2 minutes at 600W.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the potato and stir-fry for 3–4 minutes.
Add the king oyster mushrooms and green beans to the pan. Stir-fry for 1–2 minutes, then add mayonnaise and oyster sauce. Mix well and season with salt and pepper.
