ÉTAPES
Slice the leek thinly at an angle. Remove the skin from the cod roe.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the leek and stir-fry until softened.
Add the cod roe to the pan and stir-fry quickly until cooked through.
Add sake and soy sauce to the pan, stir-frying briefly to combine flavors.
