INGRÉDIENTS
Vegetables
- 200g Malabar spinach
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
Meat
- 150g thinly sliced pork belly
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
ÉTAPES
Separate Malabar spinach leaves and stems. Cut stems diagonally into 3cm pieces. Slice the onion thinly.
Cut pork belly into 5cm pieces. Season with salt and pepper, then coat with cornstarch.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Stir-fry the pork until its color changes, then add Malabar spinach stems and onion.
Once the onion becomes translucent, add oyster sauce and soy sauce. Stir-fry briefly, then add Malabar spinach leaves and stir quickly to finish.
