INGRÉDIENTS

- 200g ground pork
Vegetables
- 🥬 200g cabbage (3–5 leaves)
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp miso
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tsp cornstarch
ÉTAPES
Tear the cabbage into bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, mix all the ☆ seasonings together.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the ground pork and press it down with a spatula. Cook for 3–4 minutes until browned, then flip.
Add the cabbage to the pan, cover with a lid, and steam for about 1 minute until slightly softened.
Break up the pork into chunks and stir-fry with the cabbage until evenly coated with oil. Add the ☆ mixture and stir-fry until the liquid evaporates.
