INGRÉDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🍄 15 button mushrooms
- 🥦 1 head of broccoli
- 🧄 7 cloves of garlic
- 🧅 1 stalk of green onion
Seasonings
- 1.5 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp coarse salt
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- Pinch of ground pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
ÉTAPES
Boil water in a pot and add 1/2 tbsp of coarse salt.
Cut broccoli into bite-sized pieces.
Slice green onion and garlic.
Remove stems from mushrooms and cut them into halves or quarters.
Blanch broccoli in boiling water for about 2 minutes, then rinse under cold water and drain.
Heat a pan with cooking oil and sauté garlic and green onion over medium-low heat for about 30 seconds.
Add mushrooms and blanched broccoli to the pan.
Add 1.5 tbsp oyster sauce and 1 tsp sugar to the pan. If oyster sauce is unavailable, substitute with 1 tsp sugar and 1.5 tbsp soy sauce.
Sprinkle ground pepper and stir-fry over medium heat for 2 minutes, then turn off the heat.
Drizzle sesame oil and gently mix before serving.
