INGRÉDIENTS
Meat
- 200g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 1 bunch (200g) nanohana
- 🥕 1/4 carrot, thinly sliced
- 1 piece ginger, julienned
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Sauce
- 100cc water
- 2 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/3 tsp chicken stock powder
ÉTAPES
Cut pork belly into 3cm wide pieces, season with salt and pepper, and coat with cornstarch.
Cut nanohana into bite-sized lengths. Slice carrot thinly into 1cm wide strips. Julienne the ginger.
Heat sesame oil and ginger in a frying pan, then add pork and stir-fry over medium heat until the color changes.
Add carrot and stir-fry until coated with oil, then add nanohana and stir-fry until softened.
Add the sauce ingredients and stir-fry until the mixture thickens.
