- 4 shishito peppers
Oil
- 2 tsp salad oil
Sauce
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp sake
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
ÉTAPES
Cut the octopus into bite-sized pieces. Mix the sauce ingredients (ginger, sugar, sake, soy sauce) in a container.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the octopus and shishito peppers, stir-frying until the peppers soften.
Add the prepared sauce to the pan and stir-fry until the ingredients are evenly coated.
