- 250g pea shoots
- 100g bean sprouts
Cooking Oil
- 2 tsp salad oil
Sweet Miso Sauce
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp miso
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
ÉTAPES
Trim the roots of the pea shoots and cut them in half.
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients for the sweet miso sauce (mirin, soy sauce, miso, and grated garlic).
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and add the sliced beef. Stir-fry until the beef changes color.
Add the pea shoots, bean sprouts, and the prepared sweet miso sauce to the pan. Stir-fry everything together until well combined.
