- 1 bag pea shoots
- 1/2 pack shimeji mushrooms
Protein
- 4 slices bacon
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
Sauce
- 1/3 stalk minced scallion
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
- to taste ground pepper
ÉTAPES
Trim the roots of pea shoots and shimeji mushrooms. Cut bacon into 1cm strips and mince the scallion.
Mix the scallion, garlic, salt, lemon juice, pepper, and sesame oil to create the scallion salt sauce.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat. Add shimeji mushrooms and bacon, stir-frying until the mushrooms soften. Add pea shoots and stir-fry until tender.
Plate the stir-fried mixture and drizzle with scallion salt sauce. Serve immediately.
