- 1/2 red bell pepper, sliced

- 1 tbsp ponzu sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
ÉTAPES
Trim the roots off the pea shoots and cut them into bite-sized pieces. Slice the red bell pepper into thin strips.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add the butter. Once melted, add the red bell pepper and stir-fry until coated with the butter.
Add the pea shoots and ponzu sauce to the pan and stir-fry briefly.
Season with a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.
