- 200g sliced pork
Vegetables
- 3 bell peppers, sliced
- 1/2 bag bean sprouts
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp ponzu sauce
ÉTAPES
Slice the bell peppers in half, remove seeds and pith, and cut into thin strips.
Season the pork with salt and pepper, then coat with potato starch.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the pork, and stir-fry until the color changes.
Add the bell peppers and bean sprouts to the pan, stir-fry briefly, then add sake and ponzu sauce. Stir to combine.
