INGRÉDIENTS
Meat
- 200g thinly sliced pork
Vegetables
- 🥦 1 head broccoli (250g), chopped
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 2 tsp sesame oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
ÉTAPES
Separate broccoli into small florets and peel the stem. Cut into bite-sized pieces. Microwave in a heatproof container for 2 minutes at 600W.
Season pork with salt and pepper, then coat with cornstarch.
Mix all sauce ingredients (sake, sugar, soy sauce, oyster sauce, garlic) in a bowl.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add pork and stir-fry until the color changes.
Add broccoli and sauce mixture to the pan. Stir-fry over medium-low heat briefly.
