INGRÉDIENTS
Meat
- 🐖 200g sliced pork
Vegetables
- 🍄 100g maitake mushrooms
- 🧅 1/2 leek, sliced diagonally
Seasonings
- 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 🧂 Pinch of pepper
ÉTAPES
Season the pork slices with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Break the maitake mushrooms into small pieces by hand. Slice the leek diagonally into 1cm pieces.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the pork and grated garlic, stir-frying until the pork changes color.
Add the maitake mushrooms and leek to the pan. Stir-fry for about 1 minute until softened.
Add the salt and pepper mixture, then stir-fry everything together until well combined.
