- 200g sliced pork
Vegetables
- 🧅 1 onion, sliced
- 5 shiso leaves, chopped
Oil
- 2 tsp salad oil
Seasoning for Pork
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp starch
Sauce
- 2 umeboshi, mashed
- 1 tbsp ponzu soy sauce
- 1 tsp mirin
ÉTAPES
Slice the onion into 1cm widths, chop the shiso leaves into small pieces, and mash the umeboshi into a paste.
In a bowl, mix the sliced pork with sake and starch, and massage thoroughly.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, add the pork, and stir-fry until the color changes.
Add the onion and stir-fry until softened. Mix in the mashed umeboshi, ponzu soy sauce, and mirin. Finally, add the shiso leaves, turn off the heat, and mix well.
