- 🥒 1 zucchini, sliced into half-moons
- 🧅 1 green onion, chopped
Meat
- 🐖 1/2 lb ground pork
Seasonings
- 🦐 1/3 tbsp shrimp paste
- 🧂 1/4 tsp ground pepper
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 坚果 1 tsp sesame seeds
Liquids
- 💧 1/2 cup water
- 1 tsp sesame oil
ÉTAPES
Slice the zucchini into half-moons and chop the green onion.
Heat oil in a pan and add ground pork. Stir-fry until browned.
Season the pork with pepper and add minced garlic.
Add sliced zucchini to the pan and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
Mix in shrimp paste, chili powder, and sugar.
Pour in water and stir until the mixture becomes moist and well combined.
Taste and adjust seasoning with salt if needed.
Add chopped green onion and sesame oil. Stir briefly.
Sprinkle sesame seeds and serve the stir-fried pork and zucchini as a side dish.
