- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
- 1/3 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tsp white sesame seeds
- A pinch of pepper
ÉTAPES
Slice the bell peppers and onion into thin strips.
Mix the sake, sugar, soy sauce, grated garlic, grated ginger, sesame seeds, and pepper in a bowl to create the seasoning sauce.
