Meat
- 🥓 150g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 🧅 1 leaf onion (150g)
Seasoning
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tsp salad oil
Sauce
- 🍶 1 tbsp sake
- 🦪 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🧂 1 tsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
ÉTAPES
Separate the white and green parts of the leaf onion. Cut the white part into halves horizontally and then into quarters vertically. For thicker sections, cut into thirds radially. Slice the green part into 3cm pieces.
Cut the pork belly into 4cm pieces and season with salt and pepper.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the pork and stir-fry until the color changes. Add the white part of the leaf onion and stir-fry for about 2 minutes.
Add the green part of the leaf onion and stir-fry for about 1 minute. Add the sauce ingredients (sake, oyster sauce, soy sauce, and garlic) and mix well.
