- 🧅 1/4 onion, sliced
- 1 green onion, sliced
Seasoning
- 3 tbsp gochujang
- 2 tbsp red pepper flakes
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- Pinch of black pepper
ÉTAPES
Cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces.
Prepare the marinade by mixing gochujang, red pepper flakes, minced garlic, corn syrup, mirin, salt, and black pepper. Marinate the pork belly for at least 30 minutes.
Slice the green onion diagonally and the onion into thin slices.
Heat a pan with a small amount of water and cook the marinated pork belly until browned.
Add the sliced onion and green onion to the pan and stir-fry until tender.
Serve the stir-fried pork belly on a plate garnished with sesame seeds, sliced red chili, and chopped chives.
