INGRÉDIENTS
Meat
- 150g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 3 green peppers, sliced
- 1 pack shimeji mushrooms, separated
Spices
- A pinch of sliced red chili
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp salted kombu
ÉTAPES
Cut the green peppers in half lengthwise, remove seeds and stems, and slice into 1.5cm wide pieces. Separate the shimeji mushrooms by hand.
Cut the pork belly into 4cm wide strips.
Heat sesame oil and red chili in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the pork and stir-fry until the color changes. Then add the shimeji mushrooms and stir-fry until softened. Finally, add the green peppers and stir-fry briefly.
Add the seasoning ingredients (sake, soy sauce, salted kombu) and stir-fry to combine.
