Vegetables
- 1 pack pea shoots
- 1 pack bean sprouts
Meat
- 100g thinly sliced pork belly
Condiments
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp chicken stock powder
- 🧄 1/2 tsp garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp ginger paste
Dairy
- 🥛 50cc milk
Thickener
- 1 tsp cornstarch
ÉTAPES
Trim the roots off the pea shoots and cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces. Mix soy sauce, chicken stock powder, garlic paste, ginger paste, milk, and cornstarch in a bowl.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the pork belly until cooked through. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Add the bean sprouts and pea shoots to the pan and stir-fry briefly.
Pour the sauce mixture into the pan and stir well until the sauce thickens and coats the ingredients evenly.
