ÉTAPES
Place the pork in a bowl and add sake, salt, pepper, and cornstarch. Knead the mixture and shape into bite-sized balls.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook while rolling them until their color changes.
Cover the pan and cook on low heat for 3 minutes until the meatballs are fully cooked. Add ketchup and Worcestershire sauce, then coat the meatballs evenly.
