INGRÉDIENTS
Meat
- 🐖 200g sliced pork
Eggs
- 🥚 2 eggs
Vegetables
- 🍄 1 pack shimeji mushrooms
- 1 piece ginger, julienned
Oils
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp chicken stock powder
ÉTAPES
Crack the eggs into a bowl and mix well.
Trim the root of the shimeji mushrooms and separate into small clusters. Julienne the ginger.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the eggs, and stir until semi-cooked. Remove from the pan.
Add sesame oil and ginger to the same pan and heat on low until fragrant. Add pork and stir-fry over medium heat until the meat changes color.
Add shimeji mushrooms and stir-fry for 4–6 minutes until softened. Add the seasonings (sake, sugar, soy sauce, chicken stock powder) and mix well.
Return the eggs to the pan and mix briefly to combine. Serve immediately.
