INGRÉDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🐖 150g pork shoulder
- 1 handful of chives
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- Adequate amount of cooking oil
- Adequate amount of sesame seeds
Pork Marinade
- 🧄 0.5 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- Adequate amount of black pepper
ÉTAPES
Thaw the frozen pork in the refrigerator. Mix it with black pepper, minced garlic, and cooking wine. Let it marinate for 20 minutes.
Slice the onion and wash the chives. Cut the chives into 3cm lengths.
Heat an adequate amount of cooking oil in a pan and cook the marinated pork first.
Once the pork starts to lose its pink color, add the sliced onion and stir-fry.
When the pork and onion are nearly cooked, add 1 tbsp of oyster sauce and stir-fry on high heat.
Lower the heat, add the chives, and stir-fry until they are slightly wilted. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
Serve and enjoy your stir-fried pork with chives!
