INGRÉDIENTS
Meat
- 🐖 100g thinly sliced pork
Vegetables
- 100g shirataki noodles
- 4 green beans
Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp concentrated soy sauce
- 💧 50cc water
ÉTAPES
Boil water in a pot, add a pinch of salt, and cook green beans for 1 minute. Remove and set aside. In the same pot, boil shirataki noodles for 2 minutes and drain.
Trim the ends of the green beans and cut them diagonally into 4 pieces. Cut shirataki noodles into 5cm lengths.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add pork and stir-fry until the color changes. Add shirataki noodles and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
Add the seasoning mixture (sake, mirin, soy sauce, and water) and cook until the liquid is reduced. Add green beans and mix well.
