- 1.5 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🌰 A pinch of sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
ÉTAPES
Prepare 300g Jinmichae, ensuring it is fresh and odorless.
Cut Jinmichae into bite-sized pieces.
Pour boiling water over the Jinmichae to soften it and remove additives.
Prepare the sauce: combine soy sauce, minced garlic, mirin, and corn syrup in a pan. Cook on low heat until the garlic is fully cooked.
Mix the drained Jinmichae with mayonnaise to prevent it from hardening and add a creamy flavor.
Add the Jinmichae to the sauce and stir-fry quickly over medium heat.
Turn off the heat and mix in sesame seeds and sesame oil evenly.
