- 1/2 block spam

- Small amount of flour

- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp water
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 1.5 tbsp sesame oil
- Adequate amount of sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Prepare all ingredients.
Remove the stems from the shishito peppers, shake off excess water, and cut them into halves or thirds.
Slice the spam into flat pieces.
On medium-low heat, stir-fry the shishito peppers to remove moisture.
Sprinkle flour evenly over the peppers using a sieve, mixing to coat all sides.
Add cooking oil to the pan and stir-fry the peppers.
Add the spam to the pan and stir-fry together.
Mix soy sauce, water, and minced garlic, then add to the pan and stir-fry evenly.
Turn off the heat and mix in corn syrup, sesame oil, and sesame seeds.
