- 200g fried tofu

- 125g pea shoots

- 60g kimchi
- 1.5 tbsp mentsuyu (3x concentrated)
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
ÉTAPES
Trim the roots of the pea shoots and cut them into 3cm lengths.
Cut the fried tofu into bite-sized pieces.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the fried tofu, and stir-fry for about 2 minutes.
Add the pea shoots, kimchi, and mentsuyu to the pan, and stir-fry quickly to combine.
